  11. I've got a major problem with my 1200 recognizing a root directory.
  12. It has to do with my hard-drive
  13. It's been saying that my "WORK" dir is not Validated. Specificaly it says when I boot up," Error validating Work
  14.            Block 1819044972 out of range"
  15.  
  16. Ive tried to use DiskSalv11_35 I think. I tried Repairing, Salvaging, and
  17. Validating. It got rid of some errors. As it stands It recognizes all the 
  18. programs I have but I can not write to the harddrive, or delete, or move, ect.

  20. I don't want to have to completely reformate if I can avoid it.
  21. My brother had a problem with his hard-drive when he got his 4000 and he tried
  22. reformating and it didn't quite work the same, a year later its almost it the
  23. place where he wants it.

  25. At any rate can someone give me a solution as to what I can do to fix this
  26. problem. I click on the "Work" icon and went to info and it say that it is
  27. validated, I also know that there is atleast 10Megs of space available
  28. even though it says it is full.
